1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EVMarket.lk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EVMarket.lk is an online classified marketplace for electric vehicles and solar products in Sri Lanka. We provide a platform for buyers and sellers to connect — we are not a party to any transaction between users.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Listings

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings. Listings must not be fraudulent, misleading, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading content
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Transmit spam or unsolicited messages to other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Payments

Payments for featured listings and dealer subscriptions are processed via PayHere. All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

EVMarket.lk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from transactions between users. Always verify the condition and authenticity of items before completing a purchase.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
